State Farm® Insurance Agent Rob Donahue

"I had state farm insurance for 15 years. The account was consolidated to household, so I didn't have my own account anymore. The account was listed under my partner, who decided to take his business elsewhere. State Farm decided we needed a new roof. It was only 15 years old, 30 year guarantee. Not sure how they came up with this conclusion because nobody was out here from state farm. We would have to pay a contractor to inspect and prove we didn't need a new roof. My partner took all of his business elsewhere. I stayed with state farm, they sell your personal information. When I bought a new vehicle, my partner keep getting advertising for Sirus, on HIS new vehicle. There is zero correlation besides my partner is still listed as household with state farm. The title is in my name and we are not married. The agent never once called me back regarding removing my partner from the policy. My premium continued to increase, when I would call and ask why, I was given numerous answers. Once again the agent never called back. I just switched insurance and the new agent saved me $1,000 a year! 2 vehicles, full coverage, with teenage driver. When I called and said I would not be renewing my policy. The person I spoke with stated, it will cancel due to lack of payment. I wanted something documented it is because I am not renewing, not due to lack of payment. She said it is fine, it would not adversely my credit. She is correct because all the years I payed for my insurance on my car went towards his credit, since he is listed as primary. I am writing this review because after my policy ended, the agent sent out text, thanking me for my business, and asking for 5 star review. Seriously!? Never actually spoke to agent because he never called back! Never used my insurance all those years and premium continued to raise. Just like all the generic responses I received when trying to get better premium, I am sure there will be a generic response to this post. Don't bother your customer service is lacking and I don't need another generic response.
Edit- To your response, please explain how my partner is receiving letters and emails from Sirus, congratulating him on HIS new vehicle? I bought the vehicle and it is in my name. We are not married. The only correlation IS state farm. No I am not calling the office. You never called back before, I already have different agent and insurance company."
